1. Purpose of this Policy
1.1 This Prize Delivery Policy explains how Endgame Competitions may arrange prize fulfilment.
1.2 This Policy applies together with the Terms and Conditions and the relevant competition page.

2. General Prize Fulfilment
2.1 Endgame Competitions will use reasonable efforts to arrange prize delivery, transfer or collection after the winner has passed all required checks.
2.2 A prize will not be released until Endgame Competitions has completed identity, eligibility, fraud prevention and compliance checks to its reasonable satisfaction.
2.3 Endgame Competitions may require the winner to sign a receipt, transfer document, acceptance form or proof of delivery.

3. Delivery Address
3.1 Prizes will normally be delivered only to a UK address.
3.2 Endgame Competitions may refuse delivery to an address that creates legal, security, cost, insurance or operational issues.

4. Cash Prizes
4.1 Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer only to a UK bank account in the verified winner’s own name.
4.2 Endgame Competitions may request proof of bank account ownership before payment.

5. Vehicles
5.1 Vehicles may be delivered within mainland UK or collected by the winner, at Endgame Competitions’ discretion.
5.2 The winner is responsible for insurance, road tax/VED, fuel, charging, maintenance and ongoing ownership costs unless the competition page states otherwise.
5.3 Risk passes to the winner on delivery or collection.

6. Watches, Jewellery and High-Value Goods
6.1 Endgame Competitions may require in-person collection or insured courier delivery.
6.2 Risk passes to the winner on confirmed delivery or collection.
6.3 Endgame Competitions may refuse to leave high-value goods unattended or with an unverified third party.

7. Property Prizes
7.1 Property prizes require legal transfer and may take longer to complete.
7.2 The winner must cooperate with solicitors, identity checks, conveyancing and any compliance requirements.
7.3 Unless the competition page states otherwise, the winner is responsible for taxes, legal fees and ongoing ownership costs.

8. Holiday and Experience Prizes
8.1 Holidays and experiences are subject to availability and supplier terms.
8.2 The winner is responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, spending money and personal expenses unless the competition page states otherwise.

9. Delivery Delays
9.1 Endgame Competitions is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, couriers, travel providers, solicitors, banks, payment providers, weather, strikes, customs, security checks or events outside Endgame Competitions’ reasonable control.
9.2 Endgame Competitions will keep the winner reasonably informed where there is a material delay.

10. Failure to Collect or Accept Delivery
10.1 If a winner fails to collect or accept delivery within a reasonable time, Endgame Competitions may set a final collection or delivery deadline.
10.2 If the winner still fails to collect or accept the prize, Endgame Competitions may redraw, withdraw the prize, charge reasonable storage or administration costs, or deal with the prize fairly and lawfully.

11. Updates
11.1 Endgame Competitions may update this Prize Delivery Policy from time to time.
11.2 The latest version will be shown on the Website.
